As of yesterday, April 26th, Caleb is WALKING!!! Woo-hoo! The above video is from this afternoon. He's so cute when he's toddling around. Yesterday, right when he woke up, I told Adam, "he looks different today...just like a little boy-- instead of a baby." And it's funny that later that same day, he started walking around just like a little boy.
A few things to notice...when Emma imitates his walk, she walks on her heels. It's hilarious. She's been wanting her "turn to walk," so, often she and Caleb will take turns. At the end, you can see her lovely cheerleader moves. Wildcats #1!!!!
This other video is just a fun one that shows what happens when Daddy comes home most days. We all get in the floor and have some family time before the rush of making dinner, etc. Today, Caleb was especially giddy. I think he was on cloud nine from all his walking success. You can see him go to hug Adam. I tell you...he is SO cuddly these days. He gives hugs to everyone--it's pretty much my favorite thing about him at this current "stage" of his life. Well, the hugs, and all the adorable smiles he gives us!
