Driving Lessons

Caleb and I having fun at dinnertime...

...he was getting tickled at me acting silly. :)

Miss Posey Posey. Sometimes she'll say "I love you camera!!!" ha ha

Smiling on command. I love this face!!!

Emma still loves to draw. This was one of her creations this past week...she drew everything by herself and then the N-O, and asked me how to spell the rest. (It's Noah and the ark w/ animals, if you are having a hard time deciphering the picture). She loves all the Bible stories too and we talk about them a lot. Last night she told me that "Zechariah and Elizabeth were going to have a baby. His name was going to be John. John told people about Jesus." No joke.

Playing on her very own laptop. Could Caleb get any cuter with those little curls??? I don't see how it's possible.

Wow...If you told me Emma would be driving at the age of 3, I'd have never believed you. Granted, she's not good at it yet, and has played "bumper cars" with our Camry a few times, as well as "off roaded" the thing and put it in the grass. This was her first day at it...

Caleb also got a turn and LOVED it. He's counting down the days til his little foot will reach the pedal.

Daddy gives her her first driving lesson. Dad gave me my first driving lesson out on a country KY road...I think it must be a Daddy/Daughter thing. I love her expression in this pic...mouth open, so excited!!!

Handsome boy.

Emma decided to make a "sun" with her books. Pretty creative, I thought!
I love that she walks around the house in her apron I made for her. She puts it on when she's "working."

I'd say, he's handsome!!!. I love the curls. I was trying to figure out where he got the blonde hair, then remembered Daina had it at that age so guess it's not unusual.

Would love to have a fancy car like Emma's. I'd be excited too!!

thanks jackie! yes, that blonde hair is a bit puzzling. adam and i both had it as kiddos, but it wasn't as blonde as his is. yeah, i never thought i'd have a red convertible parked in my garage. ha
